2. Product or service with an advantage over competition.
3. A workable plan to bring products of services to the market.
4. Realistic business model.
5. Product or services that fulfills a need.
6. Proprietary product or service or product or services that will be far ahead of any competition.
7. Company’s growth rate greater than 25 percent.
8. Management team that has experience in this type and size deal.
9. Exit plan: IPO, sale of company, merger.
