Consultants, Inc.
Brennen Consultants, Inc. is a South Bend, Indiana based general management
consulting firm with sub-specialties that include Strategic Planning, Business
to Business (Industrial) Marketing, Market Research, and Executive Search.
The firm's practice dates from 1973. The firm's president, William E.
Brennen, commenced his consulting career in 1961. Brennen Consultants' practice
is international in scope having completed assignments in South Korea for a
domestic manufacturer, who is now exporting product to Korea, based in part on
the results of Brennen's
work. Project review work was accomplished in Japan and in India. Brennen
Consultants serves clients in a variety of management assistance functions.
These include developing strategic business and marketing plans and assisting
with the implementation. Brennen has served the Northern Trust Company's
Trust Department Family Business Section on a variety of assignments. The firm
has completed assignments for a number of well known companies
that include units of Abbott Laboratories, Thomas & Betts, Brunswick
Corporation, Dana Corporation, Navistar, Siemens Inc., Litton Industries,
Honeywell, Haynes International, Deloro Stellite, and InterTech Development Co.
Not-for-profit organizations and professional association work includes
assignments for the College of Chaplains of the American Protestant Health
Association, The American Galvanizers Association, The Pure Milk Association, a milk marketing cooperative and The American Institute of Architects. Mr. Brennen
is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and a Certified
Management Consultant (CMC). He is a member of the Board of
Directors of the Institute's Chicago Chapter. Mr. Brennen is a past President of
the Chicago Chapter of the American Marketing Association and also served the
Association at the national level as Chairman of its Business Ethics Committee.
He is past President of Corvilla, Inc., a South Bend operator of group homes. He
serves the
St. Joseph County Public Library as a member of Board of the Friends of the
Library. He is a member of Rotary International through the South Bend
Club. His academic accomplishments include an MBA degree from the University of
Chicago and a Batchelor of Science Degree from the United States Merchant Marine
Academy. He served the University of Notre Dame, Indiana University at South
Bend, and Lake Michigan College as an Adjunct
Associate Professor in their respective business schools. Mr. Brennen lived in
Korea and Japan for several years and has traveled extensively throughout the
